The role of the finance department is to enable the institution to create and preserve value, through the management of grant received from the Government on a quarterly basis. The Department plans, forecasts and allocate resources as advised from the different departments within the institution. The Finance Department is also responsible for controls and financial reports of activities and institutions financial performance. The Finance manager overlooks this department which is also responsible for producing the annual financial and audited reports which have to present a fair presentation of the institutions performance.
